Rebuild. Reconnect. Repair.

Couples Counseling

You’re arguing more than connecting, or barely talking at all. Maybe you’re recovering from betrayal, adjusting after becoming parents, or just trying to feel close again after years of distance. We help couples repair trust, communicate clearly, and remember what it feels like to be on the same team.

When it’s your turn.

Individual Therapy

If you've been holding it together for everyone else but feel like you're barely getting through the day, we’re here. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or just feeling lost, you’ll have space to breathe, feel seen, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been buried under survival mode.

Relief for you. Safety for them.

Adolescent Therapy

You’ve noticed a shift in your teen, more shut down, overwhelmed, or angry than usual, and you’re not sure what’s normal anymore. We create a space where teens feel safe to open up and help parents feel supported, not blamed. You don’t have to guess your way through this alone.

Real Stories. Real Change

What Clients Are Saying

“We weren’t in crisis, but we were drifting.”
Jessica helped us reconnect before resentment took over. The space to be honest, without feeling attacked, changed everything.
— L. & T.

“I didn’t even realize how much I was carrying until I said it out loud.”
My anxiety had become the background noise of my life. Now I know how to name it, and I have tools that actually work.
— J.

“We were barely speaking after the affair.”
There were moments I didn’t think we’d make it. But we learned how to listen, how to stay in the hard moments, and how to heal, not just patch.
— R. & E.

“Jessica helped my daughter open up in ways I never could.”
I used to lie awake worrying. Now I feel like we have a team around us, and my teen knows it’s okay to ask for help.
— M.

“Therapy helped me find myself again.”
After years of being “the strong one,” I finally realized that holding it all together was breaking me. I’m showing up for myself now, not just everyone else.
— A.

“We went from constant conflict to feeling like teammates.”
No one ever taught us how to handle stress together. This process gave us tools, but more than that, it gave us hope.
— N. & C.

“Our son hated the idea of therapy, at first.”
Now he actually asks when his next session is. I didn’t expect him to connect this quickly, and I’m so grateful he has a space that’s just for him.
— S.

“We’re closer now than we’ve been in 15 years.”
Empty nesting hit us harder than we expected. We had to learn who we were again, and therapy helped us fall back in love, with grace.
— D. & F.

“This isn’t surface-level therapy.”
I’ve done counseling before. This felt deeper, like I wasn’t just venting. I left each session with tools and a different perspective.
— T.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

It’s Normal to Feel Anxious About Therapy

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. You might wonder, Will this actually help? Will I feel judged? What if I say too much… or not enough? That hesitation? It’s completely normal. But here’s what I want you to know: you’re not broken. You don’t need to have the perfect words or the full story ready. You just need to show up — and we’ll take it from there, together.

Therapy that fits your life, not the other way around.

This Isn’t a One-Size-Fits-All Approach

I’ve spent the last 12+ years helping people from all walks of life — couples in crisis, overwhelmed parents, high-achieving adults quietly struggling — and no two paths are the same. I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. What we do will be tailored to you.My training is grounded in real, proven methods — and my style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and deeply invested in your success.

Grounded in experience. Guided by integrity.
